We had a great stay, enjoying nearby Lakeside Park's beautiful views just a short walk away and visiting the charming art gallery just down the street, making our family walks memorable and fun.

Staff at Hidden Falls Inn made my stay enjoyable. Janie and Peggy were friendly and personable, always ready to help. The studio room had a clean, new feel, and the view from the breakfast area was beautiful, overlooking the surroundings. The breakfast area staff kept things tidy and helped guests whenever needed. However, the refrigerator in my room didn’t work initially, and it took quite a while to cool down. The breakfast was basic, with not much variety. The lady organizing it was a bit too chatty and intrusive at times, which made it hard for my family to enjoy a peaceful meal together. The pool area was impressive, changing colors and keeping kids entertained, but it could use some heating for those cooler months.

Breakfast was delightful, especially with the quality of premium meats offered. A short stroll to the beautiful lake and shops made for a perfect outing, although I wish they provided real utensils instead of disposable ones for a more enjoyable dining experience.

Our family had a lovely overnight stay with breathtaking lake views. The room was clean and well-equipped. Enjoyed a fantastic breakfast with a variety of options. Make sure to arrive early for the best selection. The staff could improve on service, but overall, a pleasant getaway.

Great location, service hit or miss

The spot is awesome and the pool with the lake view is a major highlight. Our room was nice overall, but really could've used some better customer service. Had issues with getting an extra bed sorted out, and the breakfast staff weren't very friendly. At least the waffles were decent! Just hope for better service next time.
